Description

Leatherworker of the Hobbo Fellowship
Bearer of the Long Spear

Spit stands among the Fellowship as a figure of quiet endurance, clad in heavy armor that bears the marks of long use rather than ornament. Each scar upon his gear tells of work done properly and danger met without complaint.

He wields a two-handed spear, a weapon chosen not for flourish, but for reach, control, and patience. On the narrow paths of Mt. BlackFeather, the spear serves as both guard and warning — allowing distance where distance is due. Spit believes that a fight decided too closely was poorly prepared.

As the Fellowship’s Leatherworker, Spit gives new life to what has already served. Hide becomes protection, straps become trust, and armor becomes a second skin shaped for survival. His work favors strength and longevity over beauty, though there is a quiet elegance in its function.

Spit speaks little, preferring action to explanation. When he does speak, his words are blunt and unadorned, much like his craft. He honors the mountain through consistency — returning to his bench each day, regardless of wind, snow, or silence.

He is often seen at the edge of camp or along the ascent paths, spear grounded, watching. Some say he can stand motionless long enough that even crows mistake him for stone.

Spit does not chase honor.
He reinforces it.

Through hide and iron, through patience and vigilance,
he ensures the Fellowship endures.
